Yoga Teacher in Ireland

Yoga is a means of balance and harmonizing the body, mind and emotions. Which is done through the practice of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), bandhas (energy rootlocks) and meditation (quieting the mind). This connection with the body and mind is what gives yoga its most powerful benefit - awareness, health, vitality and peace. I teach alignment informed flow Yoga Classes. I teach workshops and Yoga retreats in Ireland and abroad. All my classes and approach to Yoga is from the teachings and lineage of Krishnamacharya, Manju Jois & BKS Iyengar. I am a practising student of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and teach in this tradition of meditation .
