Cork Yoga classes for 2013
Yoga is a means of balance and harmonizing the body, mind and emotions. Which is done through the practice of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), bandhas (energy rootlocks) and meditation (quieting the mind). This connection with the body and mind is what gives yoga its most powerful benefit - awareness, health, vitality and peace.
All my classes and approach to Yoga is from the teachings and lineage of Krishnamacharya, Sri Pattbhois Jois & elements of BKS Iyengar. Also I have a background in Ayurveda's health concepts and a student of Buddhist Meditation. Meditation practice comes from Buddhist techniques and philosphy.
I teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga led classes, Mysore yoga styl and hath yoga for indivdual needs - for men, women, young and old, all abilities are welcome. For more Information click here About Yoga
