yogaawareYoga is a means of balance and harmonizing the body, mind and emotions. Which is done through the practice of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), bandhas (energy rootlocks) and meditation (quieting the mind). This connection with the body and mind is what gives yoga its most powerful benefit - awareness, health, vitality and peace.
I teach Ashtanga Yoga Classes and Hatha /Vinyasa Yoga Classes. I teach workshops and Yoga retreats in Ireland. All my classes and approach to Yoga is from the teachings and lineage of Krishnamacharya, Sri Pattabhi Jois & elements of BKS Iyengar and many other masters of yoga. I am a practising student of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and teachings.
