Cork Yoga classes - May 2012
Yoga is a means of balance and harmonizing the body, mind and emotions. Which is done through the practice of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), bandhas (energy rootlocks) and meditation (quieting the mind). This connection with the body and mind is what gives yoga its most powerful benefit - awareness, health, vitality and peace.
All my classes and approach to Yoga is from the teachings and lineage of Krishnamacharya, Ayurveda's health concepts, Mindfulness/Loving kindness & Compassion Meditation. Teaching for various needs, young and old, all abilities are welcome.
I am teaching dynamic and Ashtanga Yoga Classes in cork city and in co. cork. I currently teach lunchtime classes and evening classes in cork. I teach dynamic beginners yoga classes, tradtional Ashtanga Yoga classes, Hot yoga classes in YogaZone yoga studio.I also teach one-one-one Yoga classes for indivduals in their homes or at a local yoga studio - this is for those who feel they want that one on one attention that can help you with your indivdual needs for you body.
