Yoga invigorates and energizes your mind & body. A faster paced yoga class (Ashtanga Yoga/Vinyasa Flow based), which focuses on breathing and aims at giving a firm foundation in yoga. Aimed at someone who wants to strengthen their body, gain flexibility, increase body awareness and center your mind. Aimed at beginners & advanced.

Yoga balances, helping to alleviate and clear negative energy blocks in the body which may surface through stress related ailments, headaches, muscular pain, migraines, asthma, high blood pressure, old injuries etc. When you need rehabilitation from an accident or surgery, yoga will accelerate the recovery and healing period. It alleviates depression, regenerates your energy levels and balances the nervous system and parasympathetic system. In today’s fast changing world everyone seems to be in a rush, high adrenal activities and on constant alert. Our immune systems become depleted and we no longer are able to fight disease and infections. Slow and deep yogic breathing encourages the actions of the parasympathetic nervous system and allows relaxation and healing to occur. The practise of yoga includes practice of yoga poses (asanas), controlled deep and slow breathing (pranayama), relaxation, concentration, meditation and healthy eating.
