Yoga is a means of balance and harmonizing the body, mind and emotions. Which is done through the practice of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), bandhas (energy rootlocks) and meditation (quieting the mind). This connection with the body and mind is what gives yoga its most powerful benefit - awareness, health, vitality and peace.
All my classes and approach to Yoga is from the teachings and lineage of Krishnamacharya, Sri Pattabhi Jois & elements of BKS Iyengar. Also I have a background in Ayurveda's health concepts and I am a practising student of Buddhist Meditation.
