Which is done through the practice of asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), bandhas (energy rootlocks) and meditation (quieting the mind). This connection with the body and mind is what gives yoga its most powerful benefit - awareness, health, vitality and peace.
I teach Ashtanga Yoga Classes and Hatha /Vinyasa Yoga Classes. I teach workshops and Yoga retreats in Ireland. All my classes and approach to Yoga is from the teachings and lineage of Krishnamacharya, Sri Pattabhi Jois & elements of BKS Iyengar and many other masters of yoga. I am a practising student of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and teachings.

2015 Yoga Schedule

The Mysore class seems to be gaining popularity and we will be back on again next Tuesday 27th january 2015. I teach this once a month at this studio. 
The Mysore style of yoga asana practice is a particular way of teaching yoga within the Ashtanga Yoga tradition as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in the southern Indian city of Mysore.
